Due to the customized and digital nature of our services, refunds are generally not available once a project has commenced or services have been delivered. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. Eligibility for Refund
A refund request may be considered under the following circumstances:
- The project has not yet started.
- A written cancellation request is submitted within 7 days of payment.
- The service delivered does not align with the agreed project scope.
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed.

- Custom website or application development once work has begun
- Digital marketing campaigns after launch
- SEO services after initial research or implementation
- Branding, design, or creative services once drafts have been delivered
- Consulting sessions, strategy calls, or audits
- Third-party costs including hosting, domain registration, plugins, advertising spend, or software subscriptions
4. Partial Refunds
In certain cases, if a project is canceled after work has started but before completion, a partial refund may be issued. The refund amount will be calculated based on the work completed, hours invested, and resources used up to the cancellation date.
